After approval of the project submittal you will be required to submit the following sections in order to complete your entry:

1. COPY OF INITIAL ENTRY FORM: A copy of the initial form must be included.  Please note: All Green Build entries must also include a copy of the project’s USGBC LEED Final Report Card which will be verified with USGBC.

2. DESCRIPTION FOR JUDGING DAY: Please be as specific as possible and concentrate on construction aspects, not design features. Please highlight any unique features or challenges your company faced when completing the project. The judges will be able to read this to review your project on judging day.

3. Owner’s Letter of Recommendation: You must submit an owner’s letter of recommendation for the project you are entering for review by the judging team.

4. SAFETY SECTION: Download and complete the safety questions on the Safety Form. Attached all required materials behind the form in this section of the binder.  This section is worth 30% of your final score. The safety form can be downloaded from our website at www.abcsepa.org.

5. PHOTOGRAPHS: 

a) You may include up to six (6) printed photographs of the project in this section, no larger than 8 1/2 x 11 printed. 
b) A CD is REQUIRED and must also be included with a maximum of three (3) digital color HORIZONTAL photographs for use in the awards video.  All digital photographs MUST be in jpeg or tiff format - 720 X 480 pixels, 300 dpi on CD.

6. CONTRACTOR/SUPPLIER LIST: List of all sub contractors and material suppliers on each project must be included.  The list should include each company name, address, phone number, fax number, website, email and contact person with a brief description of type of work performed (i.e. drywall, concrete, masonry, lumber supplier, etc.). These lists should include ABC members and non-ABC members.

7. MAP/DIRECTIONS: This section should include a map and directions that are easy to understand starting from the chapter office to the project site.  Please include the address of the project on the map/directions for those escorts with GPS.
