The Management Education Committee is once again proud to offer, T.E.A.M., our self-assessment award program for education and training. The submittal assesses your company in fourteen key areas. Please take time to read and fill out the assessment and return it to the Chapter Office by September 10, 2010.
The Management Education Committee believes the T.E.A.M. assessment is an important tool to assess your training and education needs. As an ABC member, we know you understand the importance of education as a vehicle to increased profitability and success. It can also be a vehicle to develop your commitment to education and training. Members who excel in their commitment will receive awards at our October Dinner Meeting.
All assessments must be turned in to the Chapter Office by September 10, 2010 in order to be eligible for an award in October; however the committee will accept completed assessments throughout the year. If you have any questions please contact John Judge at 610-279-6666.

2010 T.E.A.M. SURVEY INSTRUCTIONS
(TRAINING, EDUCATION AND MANAGEMENT)
The T.E.A.M. Survey is a self-assessment of your company’s commitment to training and education. Please consider each of the categories seriously, and score each item honestly. Keep in mind that this survey is intended to be used as a tool to evaluate your own company, and to identify areas of your training programs that may be improved.
A panel of Judges, appointed by the Management Education Committee will review all submittals. Presentations will be at the discretion of the Judges and the Management Education Committee. Awards will be presented at the October 20, 2010 Chapter Dinner Meeting.

When completing this survey you are to include all types of training:
Apprenticeship/Craft Training
Supervisory Training
Safety TraininG
Management Education
Administrative Training
I.T./Computer Training
2. In order to qualify for a particular point level ALL boxes for that level must be checked.
3. Submittals are to include only the completed survey form and documents requested in Sections A & B. Other documentation will not be considered in the judging process.
4. Deadline for submittal is September 10, 2010. Any T.E.A.M. Surveys received after the deadline will not be reviewed by the Judges.
