The Southeast Pennsylvania Chapter Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (SEPA) is dedicated to promoting the philosophy of Free Enterprise and Merit Construction. Merit Contractors subscribe to the belief that construction projects should be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder without regard to labor affiliation or outside political pressure.  SEPA also promotes its core values of Quality, Safety, Value and Training as an integral part of what SEPA members offer the purchasers of construction. In addition to maintaining partnerships with the American Institute of Architects and National Association of Minority Contractors, SEPA works with many industry groups to advance Merit Construction and its core values. SEPA uses many vehicles to promote Merit Construction and its members to the construction community.
